IndexFans is a public directory that indexes publicly available creator profile information. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted content, media, or subscriber-only material. All profile data displayed is sourced from publicly accessible information.

DMCA Takedown Notices

If you believe that content on IndexFans infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on IndexFans where the infringing material appears
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

Profile Removal Requests

Creators may request removal of their profile from IndexFans at any time. To submit a removal request:

1. Email [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: Profile Removal Request
3. Include your creator username
4. Send from an email address associated with your account, or include a link to your profile confirming your identity

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete removal within 5 business days.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Counter-notices must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Repeat Infringers

IndexFans will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
